Sorry man, I've never had my manual saves not show in the load menu, so I just don't have a ready solution. I figured it out: what I needed to do was open up the saved games folder and delete the ".tmp" ending from the saved file, so that ".ess" is the only ending. When I did that it showed up on the load menu again.

It's a pain in the ass, but the same issues that have plagued Bethesda games since Oblivion, is that both the quick save and auto save features will eventually kill your save. Hi. I am trying to do a complete reload and restart of fallout 4. I Un-installed the game on steam and then deleted every folder in my program files and documents etc. Basically removing all information other than Nexus Mod manager.
