235/35/19 will be the closest in size w.r.t overall wheel circumference so that you won't have significant speed/speedometer issues. I am running that right now and it works just fine even with coilovers. The dealer/audi recommends 245/35/19 if you go up to 19" size however. I'm not quite sure why.

A nice four season tire with good reviews is what I’d buy. Continental DWS 06 is by far the best all-weather tire available. Michelin Pilot Sport A/S3+ and A/S 4 would like a word with you…. DWS06 are fine and good, but they can’t touch the Michelins long term in my experience.
